BIO:
Maci Bookout was the first episode to air on the hit reality television show, 16 and Pregnant, which aired on June 11, 2009. She won the fans over with her incredible mother skills, southern charm, and her great deal of independence. On her episode of 16 and Pregnant, we saw her get pregnant at the young age of 16, give birth to her handsome young boy in October, and deal with a rocky relationship with Ryan, her baby's father. As Ryan kept going out at night, Maci began to question their relationship as he wasn't spending enough time with their child. At the end of the episode, Maci called their engagement off, left their apartment, and her and Bentley went to live with Maci's parents, Sharon & Gene Bookout.

MTV released an all new show that was a spin-off from 16 and Pregnant, Teen Mom, that featured the lives of 4 young moms- Maci, Farrah, Amber, and Catelynn. As the first Teen Mom season began, we got to see Maci continue to struggle with her relationship with Ryan. After getting back together and breaking up a few times, Maci eventually called it quits in the mid-season and have not been together since then. Maci tries to juggle going to work, going to school, and raising a child while just being a single, teenage mom. She figures out, that it's easier said than done.

After Season 1, Season 2 began. In this season of Teen Mom, Maci took on a long distance relationship, raising Bentley, going to college, and dealing with visitation and custody issues. Ryan meets a new girl, Kathryn, whom Maci did not get to meet until later on in the season. Maci also hooks up with an old "flame", Kyle King, and the two immediately hit it off. Maci was worried that Bentley wouldn't like Kyle, but eventually, he warmed up to him. Maci moved to Nashville with Bentley and lived in her own apartment to be closer to Kyle (since he lives in Nashville). That didn't go as planned! Kyle's work schedule interfered with spending time with Maci & Bentley, so the two split. It was too much, too soon.

After Season 2, Season 3 appeared on MTV. A week after Maci & Kyle's break up, they quickly got back together realizing that they missed each other and were meant to be together. Kyle moved in with Maci in her Nashville apartment to be even more closer to her and Bentley and help pay bills. As she continued to go to college and take long frequent trips back to Chattanooga to drop Bentley off at his dad's house, this became too much for her. She moved back to Chattanooga, got her own apartment, and Kyle moved in with her and Bentley once again. Maci & Ryan also continued to battle for custody of Bentley. Ryan even stepped towards some legal action and hired a lawyer to get more visitation rights with his son. This resulted in many heated arguments and fights throughout the season with Maci & Ryan.

Maci is not dating anyone at this time. Her & Kyle King broke up. She did, however, date motor cross racer, Kyle Regal, for a short time after her break up with Kyle King, but they recently broke up as well. Maci hangs out with her friends, travels quiet often, and goes to different colleges and universities to speak about her story and teen pregnancy/prevention. Maci & Bentley are currently living with some of Maci's friends in which they share a very blue house together.

TATTOO'S:
Maci has made it quite clear that she likes tattoos! She spoke the meaning of her tattoos which I will share with you:

• Piece of paper: This is located on her back and is for her love of writing. Most of her tattoos take place on the paper. She has various quotes on the paper, but they're hard to read. Also, she has her last name on the paper, BOOKOUT, the 3 o's are cupcakes which represent her brother, mom, and dad, the U is a zodiac sign, and the T is a lighning bolt which is one of her favorite symbols.
• Learn To Feel: This is located from her front to back rib and the meaning for this tattoo is unknown.
• Bulletproof: This is located on her top right shoulder and reminds Maci that she can withstand anything that is thrown at her! 'Bulletproof' is also the title of Maci's book that she is currently working on.
• Bentley Cadence: This is located on her lower left back and of course stands for her amazing son, Bentley.
• Heart Tattoo: Maci has recently added a heart to her left shoulder.
• Sleeve: Maci's newest addition is her sleeve. She's not yet finished though. Stay tuned for more details on her sleeve tattoo!
